The main objective of MOUSUMI ‘s development activities is to provide all-out support for the development of the neglected and underprivileged sections of the society. Also, to continue efforts to make the unskilled poor women who are backward in the society self-reliant by imparting various skills and income-enhancing training to them. Creating public awareness about the intolerable levels of food pollution caused by automated food production, food storage and processing to meet the daily food needs and conducting various programs to produce toxin-free vegetables.

To achieve this ambitious goal, since the beginning of MOUSUMI ‘s journey since 1986, MOUSUMI ‘s vast workforce has been working tirelessly to expand various programs keeping in mind the development of human resources, organizing poor people, education, health services, and socio-economic development.

A timely website has been developed to present all the activities of the organization to the world through advanced information technology along with the various developmental activities under implementation of MOUSUMI.
